STAY by Yannick Alléno

The restaurant was awarded the highest honours in the cooking world with its recent two-star rating in Dubai’s inaugural Michelin Guide in June 2022. Ossiano

Trèsind Studio

With a gastronomic philosophy based on the well-known Indian phrase “Atithi Devo Bhava”, which literally means ‘Guest Is God’, award-winning Trèsind Studio is challenging common perceptions of Indian cuisine. Offering an immersive dining experience, the surprise multi-course tasting menu showcases flavours both new and familiar through a creative lens to create a truly unique take on Indian-inspired gastronomy. The ethos of Trèsind Studio places emphasis on the transformation and amplification of humble ingredients sourced locally from organic and sustainable farmers in the UAE. The restaurant even grows its own herbs and flowers on the terrace to ensure the freshest produce. Having recently won a Michelin star in the UAE’s first Michelin Guide 2022, Chef Himanshu Saini and his team compose dishes with elegance and depth. Armani/Ristorante

If you are looking for superior Italian gastronomy while in Dubai, then Armani/Ristorante is the place to go. Hōseki at Bvlgari Hotel 

Having debuted in 2018, Hōseki at Bvlgari Hotel is a trendy fine-dining Japanese restaurant with spectacular views over the iconic Dubai skyline. With just nine seats and a private dining room that seats up to twelve, the intimate restaurant offers a traditional Japanese Omakase experience in the heart of Dubai’s exclusive Jumeirah Bay. Roughly translating as ‘I’ll leave it to you’, chef Sugiyama tailors his Omakase dishes to suit both the clients’ individual preferences as well as the choice of fine produce available that day. Located on the 4th floor of the luxury resort, Hōseki is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Saturday and reservations are required, as there is a no walk-in policy.
