STAY by Yannick Alléno

The ethos of Trèsind Studio places emphasis on the transformation and amplification of humble ingredients sourced locally from organic and sustainable farmers in the UAE. Hōseki at Bvlgari Hotel
Having debuted in 2018, Hōseki at Bvlgari Hotel is a trendy fine-dining Japanese restaurant with spectacular views over the iconic Dubai skyline. With just nine seats and a private dining room that seats up to twelve, the intimate restaurant offers a traditional Japanese Omakase experience in the heart of Dubai’s exclusive Jumeirah Bay. Roughly translating as ‘I’ll leave it to you’, chef Sugiyama tailors his Omakase dishes to suit both the clients’ individual preferences as well as the choice of fine produce available that day. Located on the 4th floor of the luxury resort, Hōseki is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Saturday and reservations are required, as there is a no walk-in policy.
