  • Garlic (1 1/2 tsp).

  • Green onion (1/2 cup).

  • Cornstarch (1/4 cup).
  • Brown sugar (1/2 cup).
  • Water (1/3 cup).

  • Cut the chicken into slices and cover them with cornstarch. Now take a plastic bag, put the pieces inside, and set that aside. Make sure to shake the bag for an even coat.
  • Now, take a pan and heat vegetable oil. Add chicken pieces and cook them on a high flame.
  • Add pepper and salt only but not too much as the sauce also contains salt, otherwise, your Mongolian chicken recipe would become bitter. You can also add other spices as per your taste.
