Top-notch customer service, a stellar selection of organic products, and a well-stocked apothecary are the basics. Intriguingly, the store is not particularly large (though the one in Melbourne is a no-brainer) and is located in a suburban mall with few if any other retail outlets in the immediate vicinity. The customer service is exemplary and the quality of their product is on par with national brand name competitors. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and not prone to the typical office snobbery you find in other industries. The only niggle is that they are often too busy to help you out.

Bynum Brothers on the Move with a New Green Soul
Robert and Benjamin Bynum — the brothers behind Warm daddy’s, Relish, and South on North Broad Street — are bringing a health-conscious Southern restaurant to Chestnut Hill with a new version of their Green Soul eatery. “We’re going to be a full-fledged sit-down restaurant,” says Robert, with a menu that will offer sandwiches, wraps, salads, and smoothies from the fast-casual version of the restaurant, but in a larger space. And they’ll also be introducing composed entrees and a serious bar program that will feature natural and organic wines, cocktails, and “healthy-ish” drinks.
The Bynums say they hope to open the new restaurant, which will have a more intimate feel, by July 1st. Keep checking back for updates as they get ready to bring health-conscious Southern food to the city!
